Top Down Games Performance in Mexico: Q1 2025

The first quarter of 2025 saw interesting trends in the performance of the top five top-down games on a unified platform in Mexico. Data from Sensor Tower reveals notable shifts in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement across these popular titles.

Brawl Stars from Supercell experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $242K and peaking at $272K in early March. Downloads began at over 101K, decreasing to around 34K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users hovered around 3M, with minor variations throughout the period.

Pokémon TCG Pocket showed a significant spike in revenue in late January, reaching $212K, followed by a more stable period fluctuating between $75K and $158K. Initial downloads of 259K declined to approximately 53K, while active users decreased from 867K to 588K by the end of March.

8 Ball Pool™ maintained a consistent revenue stream, beginning at $115K and slightly decreasing to $73K. Downloads followed a downward trend from 555K to 168K. Active users also saw a decline from 4.7M to 2.9M over the quarter.

Clash Royale, another hit from Supercell, witnessed its revenue peaking at $115K in early January, with a steady decrease to $63K by the end of March. Downloads increased towards the end of the quarter, rising from 50K to 48K. Active users saw a substantial rise, starting at 4.8M and reaching 5.3M.

Finally, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd., showed a revenue growth from $75K to a peak of $93K in late March. Downloads were relatively low, fluctuating between 9K and 24K. Active users declined slightly from 424K to 341K.
